Preliminary review: The editorial department will conduct a preliminary review of the manuscript, and send the manuscript to the review experts if it meets the requirements. Peer review: Invite
Two or more experts in related fields will be invited for peer review.
Review: According to the experts' opinions, the authors will revise the manuscript and the editorial office will review it.
Final Review: The editor-in-chief will make a final review of the manuscript and decide whether to accept it or not.
