Article Processing Charges (APC)

The Journal of International Health and Nursing (JIHN) is an open-access journal. All articles published in this journal are freely available online immediately upon publication. To support this open-access model, JIHN charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover publishing services, which include online tools for editors and authors, article production, hosting, indexing, and customer support. This charge is payable by the author, funder, institution, or employer upon editorial acceptance and before publication.

The current APC is 200 USD or 1400 RMB per article.

Note:

• The APC applies to all published articles, and additional VAT or local taxes may apply. Payment instructions will be provided by the editorial assistant after the paper is accepted.
• Once a manuscript is accepted, the APC is immediately applicable, and no refunds or cancellations are permitted.

APC Waiver Policy: From October 1, 2024, to March 30, 2025, JIHN will waive the APC for all manuscripts submitted and accepted for peer review within this period. This waiver applies to all types of submissions, including research papers, review articles, and others. Authors from all institutions and regions are eligible for this APC waiver.
